A mixture of sliced bratwurst, knockwurst and weisswurst in a tomato broth. Mixed with carrots, onion, and celery.

1⁄2 pound angus beef. Topped with lettuce, tomato, and onion. Served on a Kaiser roll with your choice of cheese.

BIG ED’S BURGER — $16

1⁄2 pound angus beef. Topped with Swiss, cheddar, sautéed mushrooms, sautéed onions, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Served on a Kaiser roll.

Top round steak rolled with bacon, onions, celery, carrots, and pickle. Served over a bed of spaetzle with a side of red cabbage. Topped with our traditional hunter sauce.

KOENIGSBERGER KLOPPS — $22

German style meatballs served over a bed of spaetzle with a side of red cabbage. Topped with our lemon beurre blanc sauce.

LEMON CAPER CHICKEN — $20

Two chicken breasts served over a bed of spaetzle with a side of red cabbage. Topped with our lemon beurre blanc sauce.

SCHNITZEL — $22

Your choice of breaded pork cutlet or breaded chicken. Served with two potato pancakes and a side of red cabbage. Your choice of Jager sauce or our lemon buerre blanc sauce.

GERMAN SAUSAGE DINNER — $22

Your choice of (2) knockwurst, bratwurst, or weisswurst. Served with sauerkraut and two potato pancakes. Add another sausage $6.

PERCH DINNER — $22

Fresh lake perch topped with our lemon buerre blanc sauce. Served with fries and a vegetable medley.
